I agree on that. If I call the Chinese president a crook, while I am here, I do not think the Chinese can come and arrest me.

But if I go to China and commit a bunch of heinous crimes, and then come back here, I think I should be extradited.

This Milosevic trial is pretty quiet over here, but could be some interesting developments.
