Thats the way I think congress will see it. I'm not saying companies should be able to hide options in the books but some favored status will remain, I predict. Its obvious options are spurring productivity and innovation at the mid-levels.

Recently congress repealed another problem-area for tech employment, the tax law for contracting. For a time there independent contractors just couldn't 1099... companies were being scrutinized so heavily and it was a sure audit. But now I see that law was reversed and 1099 is back.
