Now that's the best advice I've gotten all week. <smile> Interestingly, I just corresponded with a friend who makes his living in telecom consulting. He's thinking very much along the same lines. <g>

The only problems are that kvetching with you is fun. And my recollection of the Great Northern short squeeze of 1901. Now that was a doozy....
