The 2200+ has slipped a quarter. In November, AMD said 2200+ in Q1. Now appears in Q2. Any thoughts?

A quarter isn't bad compared with how much original Palomino slipped. Also, AMD might be running out of gas with 0.18.

Your link is showing up dead (right now, anyway). Do you happen to recall if that was supposed to be a production data or an availability date?

If it was an availability date, then they slipped the schedule.

Jon, re: "the 2200+ has slipped a quarter. In November, AMD said 2200+ in Q1. Now appears in Q2."

Where do you see the 2200+ sliding? Slide 9 from the Jan 30 BoA presentation (sorry no link, I DL all the files) still notes a M2200 for Q1 and has two minor changes in the desktop value (1400->1300MHz for 1Q02 and M2800 Thrbred/Barton dropped from 4Q02) and a change in labelling the 0.1um Hammer series to 90nm Hammer.

EDIT: Ok, I followed the thread up and saw the source for the 2200+ to 2Q02. I am not sure how much faith I have in the VR Zone site vs AMD's own presentations. Especially when the VR-Zone site is more aggressive than AMD with respect to the value desktop (they still have 1400MHz for 1Q02).
