I am not going to continue arguing about dumb stuff that no one has ever done, and that it is my belief no one gave serious thought to ever doing. I do not know a great deal about such matters. I have merely heard that there is this tendency to work all possible scenarios, even the off- the- wall ones, as a sort of brainstorming exercise, to make sure they do not overlook anything. I don't know a lot about it, and cannot make any large scale defense of it......
