I don't think there will be a 19 week down. Things are too volatile right now. Japan's citizens have 11 trillion US in savings. Their account insurance is going to be cut to 70,000 per individual. Their stock average has fallen below the Dow and is still falling. They have debt comparable to the US but are a much smaller economy. Draw your own conclusions. I'm looking for a sparked panic that throws up to a trillion dollars US into the precious metals market in two weeks or less.
