Take a look at RLX.X (S&P retail index). Made a new high by pushing through an oft-tested shelf getting back to the July/2000 level!

Now, is that wedge it just built on the daily an ED? Are retailers going to lead to the downside here?

(Too bad nobody trades those damn RTH options.)
