All cultures do not some cultures (like communist ones) explicitly do NOT or are you not counting them? OOOPS - that is sampler bias Greg- best not to indulge in that- if you care about credibility, anyway Babies- in terms of ideas- are pretty much tabula rasa- although they are certainly programmed for emotion and learning. Little babies in communist countries grow up learning there is no God and of course that is what they know. Just like little children whose parents believed in Zeus grew up to believe in Zeus, and so on.

"All cultures universally acknowledge God exists." or Even those that don't. I don't even acknowledge that you fully exist, except as a very bad argument. There are so many examples of cultures that acknowledge Gods that I fail to see how your doctrine has any precedence. In a quantum sense you could just be a string of really weak arguments.

The usual test for consciencness determines if the subject can recognize themself in a reflection. Babies don't do this until 1 to 2 years after birth. Gorillas, Chimpanzees, and Orangatangs recognize themselves by that age. Evidence for dolphins and Bonobos is inconclusive. TP (Just so you know, I don't want to convert you, deprogram you, evangalize, or anything, I just bounce some ideas off your thought out positions)
