no doubt about that...many gimic rates out there to tease you. on the other hand, by the time the promotional rate is over say a year or two the economy could change for the better....so then you 1035 or whatever. I think some let you 1035 to the variable side and wave the backout charge...no? btw...Bone-US should tell you something as well :-) Have you see the weath transfer type products hitting the streets lately..the MSPVL thing? I'll find a link later if I gots time.
