Zeev, you were discussing the bull market with Larry I believe the other day. I think we can declare a new bull market when we make a bottom, test it, and go up without one of those steep rising wedges. I don't see that yet. If we successfully test the Sept lows, I guess we will. However, the SOXX H&S I measured runs 320. If I meaasured it right, that's saying we breach the Sept. lows in that index, probably in the fall as you have "scheduled" <G>, and that should take the COMP to new lows (1340?) also.
