The required "hands free" thing will be as simple as a plug in earpiece/headset. As far as roaming on dirt roads, I don't think there is much money in it. The carriers are only worried about the interstates and major highways.

I don't think that roaming in the boonies is important enough to most customers to provide a profitable business. Maurice may be right that there is enough demand if the prices were reasonable, but I still think it is iffy.
