gene,

thanks for the reply, and i agree with your use of the longer timeframe charts the short term charts are hard on the eyes. this makes fundamental analysis all the more important, and the longer term charts should reward those playing the true direction indicated by the fundamentals.

the level II data feed is often a big smoke and mirrors mess, but it does help to identify a few things some of the time.

some low volume sudden drops in prices still look manipulated and i can't completely figure out how they occur without some level of communication among the MMs.

anywhere you know of to see the list of which makers own parts or all of others?

i'll keep your thread bookmarked.

regards,

aj

Nite, up to the same old tricks. I just caught nite moving away from an offer that was showing for three hours in a NasScp stock. I had to complain twice. The first response they had, was that the offer was only in place for a few seconds at 11:42 and that they weren't representing there at 14:26. The second time, a more experienced house trader called them, and they couldn't explain why their new, higher offer was put in place at 14:27, one minute after I placed my limit order to their offer showing at 14:26.....The C,T,&Ss.. They finally gave me the fill...ps, they said, "we wouldn't do that, that's 'moving away'..it's illegal"...LOL.
Low vol stock, they were caught red handed..why they would pizz around and lie for two cents is beyond me, though. It was the second time in a couple of weeks they did that, and for the principle of the issue, I challenged it.
