No, but what they will provide, and in short order is a set of phones in which the cost penalty of adding GSM roaming to a CDMA phone is pretty small and do this in two of the largest countries in the world...using RadioOne and a SINGLE MSM chip. then you can roam with analog, CDMA, and GSM...no matter where in China or India you may travel.

Reduce teh BOM so that these phone cost <$100 to the carrier and can do 5 or 6 modes at the same time in all frequency spaces.

And if the 500M+ subs over there go overlay or GSM roaming with CDMA on top, then Europe is irrelevant....and bankrupt....and waiting for R99 release so that they can come and join the party...
