But Rumsfeld is doing nothing, and for a very big fee. If they actually planned to make a system that worked Rumsfeld wouldn't have to put all the weasle words in the authorization that says they don't care if it works or what the budget is, they just want to spend money without anyone watching. That may not be nothing, but it is nothing good, and nothing useful, and nothing like the best interests of our country.

What makes you think they could drop a chili-dog in Chicago much less a missle. It's more likely the missle would fall off the back of a truck they were driving than to get launched where it could hit anything past a walrus.
