That makes sense... It's amazing though, how they could strike fear in an entire population by throwing a switch...then hitting up the california consumer at 2K per person... and then on top of that...Let P.G. and E declare bankruptcy and circumvent state law to get their assets back ... Lay walks away with Millions in real estate...P.G. and E just another day in the park. If you ask me,,,it's just a microcosm of Wallstreet... It doesn't even take in to account all the slush fund money and washing the money back in to the system...by having the mafia boy steam clean the fire station asphalt at 100 dollars an hour...
