Dear Charles: Well, I am sure those suing are going to call it malpractice, I know I would. But, my GUT tells me this shenanigans was DREAMED UP by the attorneys then they pressured the CPA's to accept it. Now, I know that doesnt make it right, but I bet thats what happened. Most likely there is a shred of correctness but it is overwhelmed by the lack of poor judgement. I would think that this episode tied with GX (AA was also their accountants) will severely damage if not destroy Anderson. jdn
