I'll offer some more detailed observations a bit later. For now, it seems that "stages" 1-6 are simply playing with variations on the Illusion of Conditionality and then in the 7th one finally sees conditionality as illusion.

That's certainly one way to approach the illusion but it strikes me as a somewhat arbitrary classification. For each illusion may be experienced with infinite subtlety as one chooses.

I confess my suspicions are always raised whenever "magic" numbers like 7 crop up. It seems the hallmark of all numerology is that it must vehemently deny that it is numerology while somehow always coming up with auspiciously numbered groupings and divisions. One never hears about the 462 steps of realization or the 5,980,201-fold way. I'm not suggesting this is what Adi Da is doing, but the choice of seven "stages" is curious.
