I see. OK. For the sake of education, let's say GLG takes over MFL with the 1.2 shares for each MFL share. Let say I hold 1000 shares of MFL. So I get 1200 shares of GLG. How long, once the process is started does it take to actually convert my MFL shares to GLG?

I would assume as soon as GLG make it's intentions known that MFL share price would zoom?
