Congress has a duty to look into massive public fraud perpetrated by the powerful. To me, that means Wall Street and the Big-5's role in the burst tech bubble, but not a single company like Enron.

Bill Seidman (one of my mentors) said that on CNBC the other day. He worries that the biggest problem coming out of this will be Congress's over-reaction and over-regulation.
