"The major issue is; could mobile units work?" Like I said.. It' s all subjective!! What is the QOS provided? Two months ago (Dec. 15) all they wanted to do was "Cash In". Two weeks later on Dec. 30th. They have their network "built out ready for customers".. Or so they indicate to the Press! Somewhat comical! But, it has become a habit of Nextwave. They tell the story the way they want you to understand it! Even If it is not really the truth! Like all of those Form 601's they filed to get their Auction 5 wins! Foreign Ownership?? Nope Not Us!!
