I do not see where Bush was in any way complicit in misdealings of the financial officers. You made the accusation, you substantiate it.

He can't. No one can even say for sure exactly what happened yet. Still too early. This is the typical demolib smear type campaign..... Seeing the support the President still enjoys, it appears most Americans are now familiar with this reprehensible tactic....
