There is no rape, give it up. Allegations yes, but not nearly enough to call someone a rapist.

Bull.

Is there enough to convict the creep? Probably not. But there is substantial evidence that he DID rape Broadderick, nonetheless. To say, "there is no rape" is to believe a known, repeated liar who has shown no reluctance to treat women like dirt, over the words of a woman who is known as an honest, truthful individual and who put forth an extremely credible account of the events -- so much so that even horrible liberals like Patricia Ireland and Gloria Alred were forced to acknowledge the likelihood that her story was true (this still didn't stop them from supporting Clinton, but we all knew that anyway).

There was, in all likelihood, a rape committed. The rapist got away with it.

Just as in the case of Simpson, a murder was committed. The murderer got away with it.
