I simply cannot find good financial info on ALVR ere on the net, if you have a good URL to their more recent balance sheet (SEC does not have any), I'll look at it.

I simply do not know how to evaluate something like this.
I can not find filings either, probably a result of merger.

Are there filings of breeze aand flow before the merger to look at?

Again, all thing being equal (but they seldom are) this would be my candidate.
