"Do you have a plan? For Afghanistan? Absolutely not; Unless it would be to avoid a terrorist springing from an Afghanistan camp. That I am doing quite successfully, having put the issue in the capable hands of my defenders (the Bush Admin). I expect the Afghan people to rise to the occassion when it comes to making plans for what is good for their country.
