Back in Sept I stayed away from mcdta due to brcd and started doing more research on the sector (the only companies i knew anything about were qlgc and emlx). Now if they ever get down to my buy range mcdta is on the list and brcd is to be avoided.

Of course I'm speaking from the long side and fundamently you should do well being short.

I'm actually waiting to see how (if) emlx tests is Sept lows before going long the sector again.
