It seems to me that this is a good time for takeover interest to start to build. ONIS is a good example of a company too weak to survive on its own. There are many in the same boat. Timing and the size of potential takeover premiums are the issue. I think this will keep potential targets from being bid-up in advance -- I am going to start to screen more actively for attractive weaklings.
