I don't want to speak for Donald as I may get something wrong but ... If I recall our discussion correctly, he said he would get buy signals in a couple weeks and if we fell this week, he could have them this week.

On my own system, I already have short term over sold signals which are a precursor to a buy signal thus I expect a buy signal any day now on the NDX/QQQ, the NASDAQ is also getting close. I do not have close to any signals yet on the DOW, R2K or SPX/OEX.

That said, we also discussed my cycle work on long term patterns and how 27 Feb often marked a short term rally and how 9 March kept popping up as a top. While it is too early to see the set up, we are leaning towards a short term rally for end of month since it is lining up with the weekly signals and just enough of a rally to reset the over sold condition before a new leg down starts in March.

Crystal balls get fuzzy looking out too far so take with extra salt and we are just looking for a lean one way or the other to give us a slight bias as our shorter term work tells us which way to place our bets.

Good Luck,

Lee
