I think you're not alone in not knowing what Congress just passed under the title CFR. They can't decide themselves how to interpret it, what the implications are, or how it will be interpreted by the Courts.

That just goes to show what a POS Legislation it is, like so much BS legislation out of Washington.

Washington needs to adopt two simple legislative rules:

1) Plain English as a requirement. If and English Professor and immigrant just off the boat don't agree on the meaning, rewrite it before voting on it; and
2) a Sunset provision, meaning that it will be presumed to have outlived its usefullnes and will expire unless Congress agrees it was a good idea and re-enacts it.

These two very simple things will make our lives much better, believe me.

"Let the Courts decide." Ha.

As per the WSJ story Friday. But the bill may be as incoherent as the four blowhard morons whose names it bears...
