Saddamn Hussein, a vicious, cunning criminal without any regard for human life, probably won't strike with weapons of mass destruction unless he feels he can win, or unless he feels that he can survive. Of course, as you should know, there are no guarantees of normal behaviour from the criminally insane. Obviously, by your question, you live in a place where you will probably not be in harms way, hence your question: "What threat?". Wouldn't it be funny if you were wrong about being safe and secure, and your home was accidently Saddamn Hussein's ground zero? <g>
