Iso -- the oilpatch in my neck of the woods is so quiet that the sales reps are just begging me for a sale. I can get same day delivery on all sorts of items -- cheap! - no need to stock a thing.

...very quiet here in Edmonton.

Regards
Frank P.

off topic -- Concept II indoor rowing machine is a great workout. no impact, and great when the weather is frightful. i use it if i injure a leg muscle or something when running. just 30 minutes of a pretty good workout on the rowing machine will convince almost any runner that the concept II is a tough Workout.

isopatch,
I was out doing some shopping with the son in law who is home on 96hr leave from Marines. Traffic was heavy but Mall volumes were light to moderate.

Picked up some camera equipment dirt cheap, he got a decent guitar really dirt cheap (for the barracks, where you don't want to have an expensive one) and I stumbled across an O3 Springfield in near mint condition dirt cheap, which the young Marine may find under the Christmas tree in due time, ggg.

As you noted, bargains galore.

BTW,
I noticed in one article in local paper a one liner that stated tractor trailor sales were off 50 % last year. I don't have a link for that, but it's a telling economic anecdote if true.

Best Regards,

Roebear
