Never set eyes on Fred. I have talked to the people who ran Arequipa Resources, the lady stockbroker whose father was big in CDN mining, Cathy Mcleod-Seltzer. With all her money, she isn't bad looking. Gotta have connections. 30 dollar stock. Tried to sell her properties, too many experts around her who aren't get paid for me to sell them. (Doesn't beat Eira Thomas however, she is a Fox and owns part of the Diavik .. can't get within a mile of her for lounge lizards.)(sigh).

Mexico is a great place to explore and restart old silver mines. For the gringo, one must have security. In the hinterland one must have projectile protection. Never mind the regs. If starting a mine, one must have double that security. Former Israeli army sharpshooters, Russian Mafia, anyone with a shoot first attitude. And one must buy silver and gold off the miners as well. Highgrading is not just an art in Mexico, it is an obligation. Finally protection against the 37 layers of graft in government comes in handy. Just to get a drill into Mexico will cost you the price of the drill, at the border.

Friends of mine? are trying to buy a company with a reserve in it in Mexico. Cash reserve and ore block. We don't care that much about the ore, but the cash is 25 cents on the dollar. We can do something with that.
