Thanks Richard for the HSE post So HSE is back in the M&A spot light with the mention also of Phillips and an independent. The article has the distinct flavor of stirring the pot than anything solid. At $15 HSE has a market cap of $6.2 billion CND. The article mentions $4.4 billion. I assume its Canadian dollars for the Canadian upstream business only. Got some DD to do. At this moment, I doubt it'll fly unless there's another accompanying bid for the rest of the company, MHO. BWTHDIK Any other views?
