Perhaps the coolest part of the move is that by the time the front tires tough the ground, you're already moving forward at a decent clip. And it lands pretty lightly while you're accelerating; especially if you're dropping the loader to the float position (riding on the ground with no ground pressure other than its own weight) at the same time.

I've encountered plenty of very good women drivers on the track. They often drive completely differently from men. More consistent. I think that it's that they don't have the little devil with the "T" on its cape (for "testosterone) whispering in their ear "You can take this turn 5 mph faster. Go for it!"

My son said it best when he told me that early in the weekend I'm kinda boring to watch on the track, and Sunday afternoon when I don't care as much about saving the tires and brakes and start just having *fun* (hairy powerslides, etc), I'm a lot of fun to watch and look a lot faster, but the stopwatch says my antics are costing me big-time.

Overall, I think women (especially women who are inclined to drive for driving's sake) drive better than men, but men are more interesting to watch. In much the same way a forest fire is more fun to watch than a bunch of trees just sitting there.
