Hi Macavity, i Hate to bring up the old Will Rodgers quote that he's much more concerned about the return of his CAPITAL, than a return on his Capital. But that seems to be playing out in Japan over the past several years now. The WSJ had articles back in the summer of 1998 or 1999 on how Japanese investors were buying 6 month government bills at a Premium to face value. Simply because they could not lose value from the Face redemption value. John
