"glenn, i bought an av rack and they will end up sending me at least 7 legs just to get 4 that fit correctly. we bought a high chair that is going back because the metal tube hole won't accept the screw that is supposed to be inserted. i'm pissed off at ineptitude right now. keep up the good work - lots of other folks out there make competence look OUTSTANDING! -ng- " SB, I understand. The problem is incompetence is so common that just a little bit of competence makes one stand out. No one or at least very few, seem to take pride in their work and the cost to correct errors way exceeds the savings of rushing.
