This morning, an analyst on CNBC declared that the bear market and the recession were over. What it's going through now, he opined, was an "unpleasant transition phase." Things would get better as companies gained more "transparency." We can see through Enron's earnings now, so I guess that company has good transparency now. Maybe it doesn't have enough granularity. It needs more roughage in its diet.
