To my knowledge, only Mark Rich left the country. Denise didn't. She stayed here, I believe, fundraising for Clinton and reportedly "lobbying" the President for her husband's pardon. When reading his post, I took "Riches," plural to mean wealthy people generically rather than Mark Rich. I suppose he might have been referring to Mark Rich.
