I highly doubt there will be any problems.

I doubt as much as well....but according to one report I read, CIEN and ONIS are number 1 and 2 in the metro market. This will cause Wall St. to play the arbitrage game. Nothing is ever a slam dunk...particularly given the accounting aroma in downtown Manhattan these days, but regardless, I doubt Hart-Scott will impede the deal, but I am begining to wonder if shareholders might kill it first.
