Hi Iso, I think that if the NASD works it way down to 1650 and takes another 2 weeks to do it we could be looking at an intermediate term low. We're continuing to see valuations come down and more acknowledgement of designer "pro-forma" and roll up type EPS numbers. I've had a much higher cash and other short term very high quality fixed income balances than I normally do. (i've been around 70% in near cash equivalents since early Jan.)
