You're kidding. "Mr. Weber was Vice President of Business Development and Chief Legal and Administrative Officer at Walco International, Inc. a national distributor of pharmaceuticals and other products used in the commercial production of food animals. Prior to that, Mr. Weber practiced law for over 12 years concentrating on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters." Why would anyone think this guy knows anything about a fiber optic firm? Why do all managers think they can manage anything? Anyone here believe his law experience at "mergers and acquisitions" is the reason he was hired? Could OCCF be looking for a buyer?
