*OT*Smoother, seat-of-the-pants increase in torque and horsepower, revs more freely...better performance across the board. A little pricey at six bucks each but worth it, imo. We'll start clocking fuel mileage on the next tankful. New Lexus LS400 has an almost-sealed engine compartment (reportedly for improved underhood aerodynamics) that's guaranteed to keep backyard mechanics stymied (and dealers' mechanics happy).--MK--
