Re UK Air Traffic Controllers.

I can tell you straight that anyone who invested in (UK) Railtrack was an idiot to start with. The guy who headed that business was someone who managed to nearly wreck BP, mainly using consultants. On joining Railtack as CEO, the first thing he did was cut back on maintenance staff to enhance "profits". That was dumber then anything KIS has ever mentioned, but he does throw up some good challenges.

Then these "Railtrack" investors are all dumbstruck when they lose money and want to sue the UK Government for the losses. People have been killed an maimed because the railways have been under maintained.

What a world...

I'm watching a small disaster happening 200 yds away from my street. The 20+ year "bear" on civil Engineering hasn't improved that business at all.
