BTW, I'm dipping my toe into NXTL. Got a modest amount at 3.74. Still a bit early. Heavy selling has ceased, but no solid upturn yet. May add, may sell, depending.

I have assumed we would be on that slippery slope for a long time. We had a huge boom in the 90s that has been capped off by some world class unethical business conduct and, some would say (I include myself in this category), this conduct has been compounded by the complete and total failure of our government regulators, SEC, FED, FCC, FERC, etc.

I find it hard to envision a scenario where things (edit: ie the economic environment) quickly change for the better. My guess is that we've only seen the tip of the iceberg. We have to remember that it's much easier to tear things down then it is to build them up and once the ball is rolling down the hill, it's often very hard, if not impossible to stop.
