If you think the al quaida were effective in the US, think what the Russians or the Chinese could do. The Russians have a long history of having agents in this country and were successful in penetrating some very high levels of our government. Ever read about the suitcase nukes the Russians have spotted around the US?

In a risk assessment, I would include potential threats. Dentists, I am not afraid of, politically. Communists, even you admit there is a potential threat. It is silly to ignore potential threats.
