PCS has to come up with $2 billion in cash or hand over the reigns to VZ. Everyday that passes without the cash flow to fund current operations, the more embarassing the situation becomes. I can't believe they waited this long. 6 monthgs ago they could have done a secondary @ $20. That would have diluted shares by only 100 million. Now it would dilture the shares by $285 million. If Sprint wanted to be bought, they have certainly provided a compelling valuation.
