Do you ever consult a dictionary?
I don't need one. The nice readers at SI are always willing to point out spelling and grammer discrepencies.

President Bush singled-out Iran, Iraq and North Korea, saying they "constitute an axis of evil" and "pose a grave and growing danger".

Such an aggressive posture is likely to cause the US difficulties - not only in its relationship with Islamic allies, but also with other governments concerned about Washington's tendency to act unilaterally while dividing the world into allies and enemies.
