Don't know. What I posted was from Christie's auction in '96. Usually the clear whites at these smaller sizes are in the retail class. Last week a couple of people ran out of Tiffany's in Palo Alto with a 2 carat solitare reportedly worth $40,000. I'm sure it was VVS2 or better, if that's any help.
