Now let me get this straight, there is only one company on the list that is exclusively Intel, and it has 6.6% of the market. Surely even the Germans are smart enough to see the value of Intel processors...

Peter, thanks for the data on PC sales in Germany:

These were the market shares of the big PC vendors in 2001:

Fujitsu Siemens 21.6%
Compaq 9.3%
HP 7.4%
Dell 6.6%
Vobis 5.9%
others 49.2%


Looks like a great opportunity for Dell.
