re: brokers/financials (including those which run mutual funds)...My theory is that mutual funds are going down a dark tube into oblivion, especially after a day like this. It's only February and already most funds have been down huge percentage points for the year, after losing tons last year. This can't last.

Redemptions are probably running pretty high right now, contributing to today's selloff. Come to think of it, this is the same month that I dumped my mutual funds last year.

Fund managers should do everyone a favor and fold their tents and go home, and stop taking people's money.
