Larry,

Here's another company trading below cash value. Why don't you just buy up all the shares, sell the assets and technology, and pocket the $45 million plus cash left over for yourself. Anything additional you can get for the assets or technology is yours to keep as well on top of the $45 Million. Oh by the way 20% of the float is still sold short. So you might could make more off the stock by squeezing their sorry ass.

Collecting the accounts recievable and selling the inventory will probably pay for all current period operating liabilities.

You might find a good office location to lease out, or a good computer or two, or a desk in the $61 Million of Property and Equipment.
